From zero to 240: an optimal uniform heat conduction

The process requirements for each product are different. The best heat conduction in the whole welding process is the foundation of welding effect.



The VisionXP+ is equipped with a flexible and adjustable preheating zone to preheat the product components so that they can achieve the required temperature in actual welding process. Each region can be independently controlled by fan frequency to achieve the best results. The design of the VisionXP+ product uses a special pass nozzle array to make the components uniformly heated to achieve the best heat transfer effect.



Secure transmission from A to B: a flexible transmission system

The components are transferred to each area of the equipment during the welding process: from the preheating zone through the main heating zone to the cooling zone. For continuous process, transmission security is particularly important. Our equipment provides a highly flexible transmission system for this purpose.



Regardless of the size, length and thickness of the components, our transmission system can achieve the best match. The transmission track and speed are flexible and adjustable. VisionXP+ has also realized simultaneous parallel double track welding process (using lead or lead-free solder).

Cleaner solutions: efficient residue management

"Shavings are set down by the planing" - like all industrial processes, residues are produced within the process cycle in SMT production, and they have an impact on the system. Solder paste, circuit board or other components will produce smoke, smoke or other organic compounds and other substances during welding process (welding slag). The efficient residue management system can effectively clean the smoke and gas by-products produced in the process, maintain the cleanliness of your equipment to ensure the best quality of the welding, and minimize the maintenance time of the stop line, and prolong the service life of the machine. The VisionXP+ residue management system combines two different mechanisms of action: pyrolysis in the heating zone and condensation in the filter unit of the cooling zone. This can effectively remove liquid and crystal welding slag.

Cooling zone: flexible, efficient and powerful

The cooling system can achieve flexible production process and best welding effect.



VisionXP+ can be divided into 2~4 stage according to the type of production line. The cooling gradient can be accurately controlled through a number of independently adjustable fans in the control unit. It is easy to cool the components below 50 degrees Celsius, and the same is true for lead-free soldering.



The filter in the cooling zone is very easy to clean. It is necessary to replace the filter on the back of the equipment without opening the furnace.

Convenient smart software: the simplest idea of operation

Our software solution can track all processes accurately. Visu2 includes process and product tracking tools, remote management tools and a comprehensive product library. It has intuitive user interface, significantly reducing the workload of software setup and operation training. You can browse all the documents by just a few clicks. Visu2 also provides multi-layer encryption management, which allows you to choose language, view data records and maintain reports.



The process and product tracking functions can be realized through bar code management and all related process parameters (with time marking).
